Animal’s love talent story

Once upon a time there was an animal princess. Although she lived in an animal castle, she had a face and a body like a human. Sadly, she also couldn't talk to her animal friends because she had a human’s voice. However, she could sing to make her animal friends understand her. In addition, she had a good heart. She always helped every animal in the castle. Since she was born, her aunt had been jealous of her animal beauty. Her aunt was a jealous witch. Therefore, the princess was cursed by her aunt to turn into a human when she was born. The king and queen were very sad. They had done everything to destroy the curse, but indeed, to break the curse she would have to find true love. Furthermore, someone had to kiss her, in order for her to turn back into animal. On a sunny day, she met a prince when she was singing with her animal friends in her garden in the castle. The prince fell in love with her. Finally, he killed the witch, and approvingly kissed her. They turned into animal, and they lived together happy forever.

My Best Friend in the US

My best friend is a girl that I met on Orientation day. The girl's name is Florance who is friendly, and has a good heart. I remember the first time I met her, she was just a new student to the US, and I was an ambassador - International Program in school. My works were to help new students to answer their some questions about campus or show them some interesting place in Seattle. Although, that was her first time to the US, but her English was very good, and better than me. She asked me a lot of interesting questions. While I talked with her, I learned that she had moved from Vancouver. She had studied in Vancouver for one year that why her English was very good :). She came from Indonesia, she could speak Chinese, she had boyfriend :) and she loved animals very much. We began exchanging interesting things that we had learned and experienced while away family. Since then, we always met at the library to study and hung out on every weekend. We didn't study same classes, because her score on compass test was very high, so she studied in College classes. When I studied with her in library, she realized that I couldn't write good paragraphs in English. She frequently asked me to read her final essays and lent me an essay book to practice my English. In addition, we often hung out every weekend to talk about the recent news. That was the way she wanted me to practice more about my pronunciation, because she also realized that I have some words to mispronounce. We had had so many memories in a short time together. Now she is studying in North Seattle Community College. I was very sad when she moved over there, because South Seattle Community College didn't have some classes she wanted to take. But we still keep in touch through phone but not as frequently as before. Sometimes I visit her on weekend, because I and she were busy for study in school, maybe long distance. In fact, I have never met a friendly girl like her in US. I miss you, my best friend.

Alki Beach, One of my favorite place in Seattle

Seattle has a lot of beautiful places that I've ever lived and studied. If some one ask me "where is your favorite places in Seattle?", I will say that one of my favorites places is Alki Beach in Seattle. Alki Beach is not like a beach you can see in another beaches, there are a lot of different: the water is colder, the beaches themselves are rockier, and the waves generally aren't as big. However, there's something about the area around Alki Beach in West Seattle that I love. During the summer, Alki Beach has a lot of people hanging out either playing volleyball, rollerblading, scuba diving, and the kids play in the water. It's also nice to visit during the fall and winter when it's not as crowded and you can just take a relaxing stroll along the beach, skipping rocks and looking for shells. In addition, when you go there at night, there is a great view to see other side city. The city is twinkled like the stars by the lights. In short, I would say that Alki Beach is my favorite place in Seattle where I often hang out and relax after the days of studying hard in school.

"How I feel about Writing"

When I studied in high school, I really didn't like writing. I just like Mathematic or something else. That why I couldn't write something is beautiful in any language. I have already had this blog long time ago, but I usually wrote about something special to me, just like something to make me happy or angry. When I wrote by English, I always thought about how could I make the right sentences, and if somebody read that, they could understand exactly that I wanted to think. I hope the writing class will help me finding out all of my mistakes that I have.
